its funny, but i was told bt my diabetic nurse that bran flakes were okay to eat in the mornings but then i noticed that bran flakes had more carbs & sugar than weetos confusing!

what breakfast cereal do you eat or try to eat every morning? any advice on the best type or at least the best of the bad lots (i.e. bran flakes, weetoes, cheerios etc)

thanks sugar, i'm not pregnant at the moment. they are doing trials on diabetics who are looking to get pregnant in the near future so they can monitor before and after. my Hba1c is 7.4% at the moment so they won't let me get pregnant until its down to 6.5% as you say fingers crossed so!
