    Smudge i feel excatly the same, there was no help of support off anybody when i was diagnosed with DT2. it was basically 'you have diabetes' and that was it, there was no advice or even do's or don'ts. I the same have been reading this forum for a few weeks before joining and have discovered...

    they sell it it all supermarkets and shops, various flavours too.... if your on a diet they also sell weight wathers branded sugar free jelly

    I am also loving the sugar free jelly! berries and sugar free jelly are lovely! Also a handful of nuts is a good snack. for summer months and a treat try frozen sugar free jelly in icecube trays, little sugar free ice lolly =)

    Hiya. Yeah rogerstone not too far! they vary anything between 5's to 8 normally but then had a 12.4 on the weekend... I haven't heard of the newcastle diet will have to have a look into it. Yeah i need to loose weight... i have lost 6 Stone so far but still need to loose ALOT more! think...
