    One HbA1C per year?

    I'm T1 and very well controlled, test BG regularly etc but I still only have one HbA1C a year for my diabetic check up. Just on insulin injections, not a pump. Is this the same for other T1's? My Accu-Chek meter gives me 7, 14, 30 and 90 day averages which correlate with my HbA1C result so...
