My sensors are usually inaccurate for the first 12-18 hours or so tbh. Give it some time. I usually change in evening and by next morning they are good. Hope yours will be too

I had a big bleed in October 13 and subsequently a vitrectomy in December 13. I had to posture for 10 days but this was on my back not my front which confused me. I could only get up for 10 mins every hour and sleep on my back too. Books on CD were my life saver.

Tbh it's not something that I would ever have dreamed about people doing until I started using this forum. After 26 years of being T1 I'm not sure I could change my mindset enough to bring myself to do it. I just sit at the dinner table flash my belly to the world and stab away ;)

@Hooked sorry to hear you need the meds but take heart. I went through this same thing when I was 22 and have been on low dose ACE inhibitor for the last 17 years since. My kidney function has stayed roughly the same in all that time (even with slightly hit and miss BG control) :)

Hmm don't know that I can agree with that. The point is my sons face when it's all done and lit up. Ours is opposite the bottom of the stairs so it's the first thing he sees when he gets up and goes down in the morning. Just wish there was an easy way :)
