I have been diagnosed with diabetes for a while now. I take the following medicine 2 tablets of metformin 500mg in the morning and 2 at night. 1 tablet of ramipril 1.25mg and one gliclazide 4pm everyday. My sugar levels are still around the 8 mark. How can I improve this or can I go on better...
