    Went o our large shopping cente and walked for a good hour, raining today. Did a large load of washing, nearly fell in the machine trying to get it out! Had mixed berries, especially blue berries, Greek yoghurt and 40 % fat cream for breakie. High of 6.5, very happy as only just started...

    Wow, a good nights sleep, and climbed the stairs at the pictures before and after watching 'malificent' great film , I am on metformin only, and getting 5.4- 5.6 regular as clock work in the mornings, is this low enough to be ok, considering I'm on cortisone at the moment too? Well done...

I have asthma as well as emphysema from babyhood asthma, but I do take care and walk a lot, or go to a ladies gym with instructors keeping an eye on me. Gardening is my favourite. You are right...
