    No I don't use any of the phone apps, just simple carb counting plus I have the new Aviva expert meter which also works it out for me :)

    Hi all, The name is Hannah, been a Type 1 Diabetic for coming up 11 years in October. It has taken me that long to finally come to my senses and control my Diabetes, although if it hadn't of been for the carb counting I think I would still be struggling. Carb counting has been a god send.
