You always need more insulin when having a cold. I have one at the moment and I am all over the shop. Trying desperately to get it under control.

I would do a correction and also increase my temp basal insulin up to 120%

You should check your blood sugar levels 4 hours a head in this case and see how they are then and only alter in very small amounts A wee tweak is always better than a big one.
