    Type 1 Brain fog !! Need help

    I have some how come down with brain fog Iv been reading everywhere about what it could be related to and I can't figure it out basically I had a high blood reading and then suddenly once I had combatted the high I felt all spacy my blood sugar wasn't low it was 6.6.
