foot ulcers

Hi, I’ve recently been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. I have been on holiday recently and was wearing sliders that I didn’t realise were irritating my skin as bad as they were until I took them off. Has anyone else had them before na show long will they take to heal? Am I ok to walk on them...
