getting a meter help

HI ALL, I have PTSD from 15years military service going to be medical discharged as I was sucidal 20 weeks ago and got no help from my Dr or NHS they just wanted to pill me up,Ive also been dionosed with CRPS, I'm under treatment looking at my heart and brain as well as collapsed 2x in 4 days...
