In a bid to maintain good control, I typically eat low GI foods (brown pasta, brown rice, brown bread etc.)
I have been finding that the Fiasp struggles to match the duration of digestion for these foods...

There's little to no discussion on the alternative fuel in their narrative...ketones.
Tesco have product filters online for vegetarians, pescatarians, vegans, low fat, no lactose, no gluten etc but do not have anything for diabetics other than sugar free.
I have emailed them and they have logged my idea and agreed it would be a good addition to have low carb and low GI index...
