#sick

Hello, I've got type 1 diabetes and I've been sick. The insulin I've taken for dinner has now made me blood sugars drop. Every time I try to bump them up, I'm sick on the drink I have. My bloods been going up and down from 3.3 to 4.7. But every time it rises I'm sick. Help! Any suggestions...
