1st hba1c after diagnosis

Three months after the shock of my diagnosis at 41, I was nervous to get my bloods done again. It's been a struggle mentally and physically. I've managed to lose a stone weight and my hba1c is 5.7%, I'm delighted.
Thanks to everyone who posts here, reading the forum has been a great support!
