1st Results since starting LCHF

Just got back from my 1st visit to the DN since being diagnosed in May this year. HbA1c reading is ***** 39 ***** down from 78. I have followed this forum since diagnosis and have adopted the LCHF lifestyle. Lost 9KG along the way. Thanks to everyone for your help, recipe's and advice feeling great !

That's a terrific result:) what a massive reduction from that initial diagnosis. Keep going:)
 
Thanks everyone, over the moon, the DN offered a gold star, asked how I had done it, when I said LCHF she said its ok for now, but asked me if I thought it was sustainable, made me even more determined !

I've got my first full 3 month Review in 2 weeks. It was down from 97 to 53 at 2 months - so hope it's even better now ..... fingers crossed!
