Hi - we are approaching our son's first annual check (diaosed type one august 2010) and I was wondering what to prepare him for? Can't believe it is nearly a year already.
My son had a blood test and urine test at the 1 year mark. Blood test was for thyroid and coeliac and general chemical analysis. Urine for kidney function and chemicals. Then there is the hba1c and weight/height check that goes on every 3 months.
