    Hi
I've been low carbing for about a month with good results.
Today however I had a hypo after my lunch and had another this evening.
My diet, while low carb, was much the same as it always is when I'm away from home.
Test results today have been 6.6 on waking.
    7.4 2 hours after breakfast.
3.2 2 hours after luch and now 2.9 1.5 hours after my tea.
Tea was the same as it has been 3 the 3 days a week I'm away from home.
cold meat, cheese and diet coke.
I had some chocolate and pistashos after the lunch hypo.

so what am I doing wrong?
I've been well chuffed at getting my averages down to under 7 but I really don't want to keep having hypos.

Could it be the hot weather that's causing this?

Its warm here but has been a lot hotter.
The only major difference to my day is that I walked home from work - 40 minutes - for the first time in a few weeks and I damaged tendons in my foot 4 weeks ago.

but that wouldn't explain my lunch hypo

If you didn't get your BS up quite high enough after the first hypo( did you test?), you might have caused the second by walking home.

Daughter can go weeks without hypo then have several in a few days, with no real change in diet or routine.

Keep being told its not a direct science.

    Good Luck.
