I've been low carbing for about a month with good results.
Today however I had a hypo after my lunch and had another this evening.
My diet, while low carb, was much the same as it always is when I'm away from home.
Test results today have been 6.6 on waking.
7.4 2 hours after breakfast.
3.2 2 hours after luch and now 2.9 1.5 hours after my tea.
Tea was the same as it has been 3 the 3 days a week I'm away from home.
cold meat, cheese and diet coke.
I had some chocolate and pistashos after the lunch hypo.
so what am I doing wrong?
I've been well chuffed at getting my averages down to under 7 but I really don't want to keep having hypos.
