2 month hba1c

I had hba1c result taken after 9 weeks and it’s dropped by 1 from 58 to 57.
Is that good? Given it’s only 2 months not 3 and xmas was in the middle

it's T2..it's a marathon not a sprint, and your facing the right direction...
could be a lot worse, i'd of thought with all that lovely Christmas grub on offer.
 
I was hoping for more simply because Dr when I started injections said she wanted me on max dose. Bit could t because of licensing as not on metformin. Hence 2 month test. Assuming seeing her tomorrow will mean increase in dose as not reduced hugely.

As others have said- going in the right direction and remember it's over 3 months so at least part of it will be from before the diagnosis- that combined with Christmas and you sound like your next one will show even more progress. So well done!

Hi Vasari - @woollygal has Beene diagnosed a wee while now, but swapped medication some weeks ago, so this seems to be a bit of a progress report after the regime change.
 
Hi- my mistake- sorry @woollygal Still as everyone said it is till in the right direction over the Christmas period.

Good luck with the doctor.
