2014/15 Football Season

Ian Holloway sacked as Millwall manager after 14 months
Championship strugglers Millwall have sacked manager Ian Holloway.

No before time either though it may well be too late to stop em going down.Wonder which club is gunna get the useless sod now lol

In his defence, he got Blackpool into the Premiership ................... and then straight back out again

I seem to recall him throwing a major wobbly in his column in a Sunday paper because he got upset at some rival fans singing him a little song at an FA Cup match during the Blackpool years.

Something to do with the Premier League - and having a laugh

I don't think he had a chance at the Den. His squad is just not good enough for the championship.

Rovers are in the same boat. No pre season quality signings. Loads of loanees, all too many disruptions through Injury loanees going back. Changes every game, you get what I mean. Managers are not magicians and with a bit of bad luck or the players don't like the manager!
And confidence goes. More bad results, its difficult to get out of the rut.
That's why managers get sacked.
It's funny that players hardly ever get binned ain't it?

And Lee Clarke has got Blackpool in to league 1

I will give Clarke his due he guided us to 43 unbeaten matches now thats some fete.Shame we havent played like that since

Today, the Rovers go the cobblers to try and get out of this mess we are in. I personally would be happy with a draw, a win would be a miracle!
I believe we will get hammered, confidence is shot.

Can't see any of our teams winning, maybe the gooners!!
Saints, could do with a result!

After today the final ten game run in starts, I'm not hopeful!

C'mon the Superwhites!! Typical footie fan! Eternal optimist!

We got a draw not exactly what we wanted but i suppose i point is a point.Wigan won so theres just 9 points between us and them.We are at home to Norwich on Tuesday i cant see us getting anything from that.

Nice win for Barnsley they have climbed in to the play offs.Thats gunna be interesting as to who goes up automatically and who is left to fight in the play offs.Any 4 of 14 teams could be involved in the play off's.

Blackpool are a step closer to being classed as deffo relegated.

20 times 20 times man utd
How can you mention football and the hammers in same conversation

Are you joking? The Hammers did a good job for us today lol

Oh nosher, you lost again I'm sorry

My son went to FGR and saw them draw with Braintree and even Leeds got a point

I think we can safely say that Millwall are dead and buried....

The yo-yoing betwen the Championship and Div 1 bounces on,

Fulham to go on an amazing run winning every game to get promoted back to the premiership.

Fulham to win the Premier League title next season 15/16

Fulham to then win the Champions League in 16/17 season.

Chelsea to drop out of the footfall league altogether within 5 years

lol whatever you are on - I want some!

I have footie dreams similar to that about the scousers across the river!
Why can't dreams come true?

Down the creek, without a paddle!
1 shot on target today!
Think we're dead as Blackpool and Millwall!

Onward on to Cambridge, on Tuesday, how desperate can we get to even think about getting points.

My predictions were not bad for a change! Still shocking tho!

I'd rather watch my grandchildren play!

Ho hum!

Err you forgot Fulham play us next Saturday and we will beat them UTT
