2014/15 Football Season

Another huge game tonight as Rovers visit Cambridge to see if we get out of the mess we are in.
Think we will get beat again.

No hope now of getting out of this now.

Don't forget the other big game tonight. My husband and elder son left for Monaco at 2.30 am. I decided to not to bother.
 
Surely not BIGGER than Rovers v Cambridge!

Hope you are not pampering yourself while the games on?

Might watch that game whilst flicking on the ticker tape
, whilst listening to our match on the radio.

As for us well we got a few injuries to worry about so gunna be tough for us at home to Norwich

Same old same old, nearly but not quite. Still, my son said the hotel in NIce is nice.

As you should know by now. It's not the result, it's being there and the travel.

As for us well we should have won our game.Twice we went ahead but twice Norwich came back.There was just too much stoppage time else we would have stolen all 3 points.Still its a point.Wigan went and lost so that point has put us 10 points ahead with 24 to play for.Hopefully Leeds will do us a favour tonight and soften Fulham for us on Saturday.I think we are safe now though.

Blackpool could be confirmed as relegated on Saturday if they lose.and Both Fulham and Rotherham pick up points tonight.

Blackpool are down, Wigan have too much to do and Millwall are the other club that look like following them.

Bit of a relief for us last night.
Can we take a point (at least) against Burton on Saturday?

Yeah we should be safe but you never know.Trouble is we are gunna more or less have the same team next season as the chairman has said there wont be many if amy changes over the summer due to a low budget.So maybe yet another season of living dangerous.

Halifax should make the play offs.

if we do go down, it will resurrect our local derbies against Southport. Chester and Wrexham.

but id rather stay where we are, thank you very much!
 
Blackpool fans to watch AFC Blackpool in protest at owners

A group of Blackpool fans plan to protest against the club's owners, the Oyston family, by going to watch AFC Blackpool's game in the North West Counties Premier Division on Saturday.

'Tangerine Knights' have organised a protest at Bloomfield Road before their match with Leeds, and then want fans to go to the non-league game instead.

The Seasiders look set to be relegated to League One - they are 18 points from safety with eight games remaining.



Yeah i dont blame them either.Its time those Oyston's relinquished ownership of the club now.
