2015/16 Football Season

We woz robbed!

The ref was a homer! Goalie sent off and a dubious penalty!

Didn't want to go to whitehawk!
The place is in Brighton, I think, right down on the coast!

We're going to concentrate on the league!
 
Seen on Yahoo Sport that Thierry Henry has denied that he is the best Premier League player ever, when asked who was he said it was Paul Scholes, can't argue with that as he was a little workhorse for Man U

Ummmm Yes he was a workhorse and very effective. Wasn't that good at tackling though.

OK, yeh I liked him.

Great player, should have been first name on England's team sheet and a privilege to watch him when younger at youth level, he was picked out by one of our best scouts then.

Well Well Man United crashed out on penalties i was very happy with that one. I was following it on bbc sport.
LIverpool Man City and the Saints also went through Going to be an interesting Quarter final i wonder whos next for Sheff Weds to try and beat. Id like to hope they do us proud and get through to Wembley.
 
Just seen the draw for the Quarters

Man City v Hull should be interesting one
Middlesbrough v Everton well the latter should win that but you never know
Saints v Liverpool well theres really only one winner there the Reds i think
Stoke v Sheff Weds well id like to hope the Owls could do it but i reckon Stoke are too strong for them.
 
That's the Liverpool who were held to a draw at home by the Saints, yes?

My head tells me you are probably right, but my heart says "Nah"!
 
Well poor old Leeds suffered at the hands of Blackburn last night. They went 1-0 down after just 17 secs now that has to be one of the fastest goals on record. Then Jordan Rhodes added the 2nd after 6 mins and thats how it finished. Apparently Leeds were never in it.

Utd have got to get over there off the pitch problems, it seems that fate is transporting to dump on them from a great height!

Yeah just like it was with us at the start of the season but we seem to have settled down.
 
We're at home against the wurzels this afternoon if the weather holds out that will be a bonus
