We are playing the other Nottingham club (county) at BP

Won down there 3-2 but of late we are struggling at home

There will be goals I just hope we score our fair share and can nick a win

Flipping heck Norwich whom we slaughtered the other day have just slaughtered Reading 7-1. Talk about an off day for Reading I reckon they weren't there

Bad luck Carlisle you were winning as well.

Now we need Newcastle to beat Sheff Weds and keeps an 8 point gap between us and 7th place. We are still in 3rd thanks to Norwich slaughtering Reading. Getting mighty interesting now. I reckon Brighton and Newcastle are both going up. Rest of us slog it out for the 3rd promo spot.

Just a temporary blip with us. I think we have done enough to secure a play off spot. Doubtful we will make it to Wembley at Spring Bank and certainly not the Prem. Still need a bit of tweaking.

We play Preston on Friday so that will be interesting.

Are they 'on' or 'taking' the p**s?

I would very much doubt it, being serious!
But, something has gone wrong somewhere!
Usually, the blame ends up being the groundsman or the tea lady!
Or the axe falls on the management team!
 
A few years ago on Boxing Day we played at home V York and we were routed 3-0
Looked awful simply awful and it turned out half the first team had broke a drink curfew and were sozzled coming to the ground in taxis 3 of them were subbed it all came out in the local press and the 6 players apologised

It's rumoured allegedly that Curle was sacked by Notts County for unprofessional behaviour and that he likes a drop or two himself

Some of his interviews on Border Telly of late have been bizarre
 

Now that you mention it, I'm sure I've heard some stories about your gaffer, but nothing particularly bad! I will investigate!
