2018/19 Football Season

We will bring about 800 -1000, I reckon and be very noisy!

The club car park is £3
Parking on the streets near ground is usually resident permit or short stay by disc 2 hours max

A lot folk use J43 to get into the A69 (Warwick Rd)
And park Tesco Superstore and walk along the A69 - Warwick Rd takes about 15-20 mins to walk to BP it’s a straight road to the ground
If you use Tesco when you come off at J43 stay right lane then filter right at traffic lights that will take you to Tesco car park

Be just and fear not

Instead let the conf teams in

Most clubs do this sort of community service, especially for primary schools.

Believe it or not it is written into contracts!!
 
Off we go again with another match. Crystal Palace at Home for us today. They've had a bad start like us so could go either way.

Tranmere 0-2 winners well done lads. Now no fighting with Mr Nosher Mr Cumbria

To be fair I thought we shaded the first half and Tranmere shaded the second half

At 0-0 we missed a penalty and the game went Tranmere’s way and the score could have been higher

Tranmere never stopped singing all through the match

Totally agree with your summary.
The game changed on a penalty saved. Two subs, and a bit of luck for the first goal.

I thought that Carlisle with a more potent striker, would have got the result today.

Great atmosphere from the nearly 800 travelling support. A decent game.

Great hospitality from the Carlisle staff and stewards.
Enjoyed my away day and the sun actually appeared during the first half.
But it was at least cold enough to warn you of approaching winter.

The fish competition has Carlisle second after Chorley, lovely piece of haddock!

Had a lovely trip to Newcastle yesterday. No rain, 2 nice meals (one in York on the way home) and 3 points. Happy Days.

Looking at the tables. Wet Spam are the only ones to not have any points yet. Liverpool and Chelsea are the only ones in all leagues to have 100% record. Last year it was Man City who were unstoppable.

I saw our game on MOTD last night and we were unlucky we ought to have had at least 2 if not 3 goals but we just could not finish. Zaha's goal was powerful and no goalie in the world could have stopped that. We need to start finding the net and get some 3 pointers under our belt. Its only by good fortune that we are outside the drop zone. Strange how last season we were flying high then it all went pear shaped. Hopefully it'll all come good soon and we can power up the table out of harms way. Next week we got Leicester followed by Spurs, Burnley and Liverpool so some more pretty tough games.
