Still not excited!
Not watching live in the ground is not the same!

Harrogate in cup Saturday.


Might have to pay for ifollow! Don't want to, shouldn't have to, so probably won't!

First game, first defeat, out of the first cup competition on penalties!

What a load of rubbish, we didn't deserve to even go to penalties!
And the only reason was that they truly gifted us a goal, good job there wasn't a crowd!

Awful start to the season!
 


Yeah we got dumped out too. Still its only a tin pot cup so worries. Onwards to next Saturday and a Home tie to Norwich. First game of the new season.

Played two lost two!
Both on penalties (***!)
No firepower, tactics too conservative, played better tonight.
We Had three first year pros on bench, they made eight changes from Saturday!

Have to get better!!!!!

Why am I so nervous about the start of the season? Saturday 5.30 is going to go 1 of 2 ways, Leeds will get absolutely slaughtered OR we will sneak a 0-1 win

If it's 1-0 to the rednoses, it will almost certainly be in time added on and a deflected shot. Or a penalty! (Ha!)
 
Mansfield away tomorrow, they have been very busy scooping up some good players, for this division. If we can keep a clean sheet!!!
Be interesting if we scored first or even scored at all!

I have a fair few delivery drivers that come to the garage and they are scouser fans. I may have to have the day/week off depending on results

They will still moan!
If they lose, sack the lot!
If they draw, change the goalie!
If they win, it should have been by more goals! (Ha!)

There are too many sky couch warriors (reds) having an opinion about the premiership and football in general.
 
Off we go with the New season. We got Norwich at home and I seem to think they got relegated last season. Should be Interesting. Good luck to all our teams that are in action today

I'm hopeful for the 0-1 win lol. Going to my son's house to watch it.

Team no 2 ...Arsenal won 3-0 at Fulham

I don't know if I will ever go to a match again having caught covid19 at Portsmouth v Arsenal and also suffering a broken sternum and 2 broken ribs 7 years ago at Dortmund. Maybe I am just too old to keep putting myself at risk.
 
Oh dear not a good start. We lost Onwards and upwards next week Away to Brentford.
