24 hr fasting with a dose of the cold

I did my first 24 hr fast for over a month finishing it at 6.30pm tonight. Before I ate my BS levels were 8.7 (low 6's last night) So the cold is making my BS higher I presume.
I took paracetamol last night before bed and just now to try and get rid of the toothache type symptoms from my sinuses hurting.
Realised at teatime I'd only had a small creamy coffee at 12noon, so that won't help matters. Now topping up with cold water.
 
After a 22 hr fast yesterday and no cheating my BS this morning was 14.1
Will be fasting today until 5 or 5.30pm as will be at work from 2.30 to 10 pm so a small meal at work of a boiled egg duck egg mashed with mayonnaise, spanish ham, chorizo and a few blueberries.
