Hi
This picture of 24H Glucose Profile In Non-Diabetices Eating 50g Carbs Meals
If you calculate Between High Blood Glucose and Low = 122mg/dl + 80mg/dl = 202mg/dl /2 = 101mg/dl that mean Hba1c 5.3%Screenshot_2018-04-02-12-06-23.jpg
I think if you take the measurement after the meal with one hour and measure after six hours
H-BG + L-BG = AVG /2 = A1C

This is a way too simplistic approach. An HbA1c test looks at your average over 3 months, I don’t think working out the mid point of the high and low readings of one day to come up with an equivalent HbA1c is accurate at all

Yes I agree with a measurement in one day is not enough but will get an idea
I also believe that the result may change every day or week, not necessarily a few months

The result of a few months does not come so suddenly

She does not come suddenly
