Last tried the Libre system (self-funded just using sensor & appln.) last Oct/Nov with good results.

I've totally changed my diet re much less processed, little/no salt, more potassium to help with both T2D & high blood pressure. Its the trends I'm looking for again with different food groups and also whats happening during the night and early morning - not too worried with the sensor being slightly out as I can allow for that.

Apart from sticking it on with Tegaderm (which works really well) any other tips or interesting stuff to watch for ?

Try to keep your sugar between agreed levels and keep an eye on the projected HBA1c. Essentially if you can establish which foods and food combinations spike your sugar and avoid them you'll do well

This time, I'm trying allsorts of different food types that I usually eat and simply monitoring the before, 1hr & 2hr and beyond increases, throwing up some interesting results
