3 carbs per crispbread at Waitrose

This morning, I bought 2 packs of 33% carb crispbread in Waitrose. Each one weighs only 10g, so that's 3carbs per crispbread. Just right for cheese spread of the Philadelphia type.( the lovely one from Lidl

Whose crispbreads are they - are they Waitrose's own or of scandanavian origin? You've made me feel hungry I could just do with a crispbread spead with lovely cream cheese!!

Hi, Should these be okay for anyone bearing in mind spikes or will the cheese spread help with this please? I am worried about trying things since my spike of 14 with 10g of oatbran!

How many carbs in a slice of cardboard the same size?

They are the Swedish oat bran things and yes a bit like cardboard, but crunchy and you can spread cheese on them, which is difficult with a lot of things. All that Oat bran should be good for the "lower Bowel" too

We haven't got a Waitrose on the Isle of Wight so I'll have to stick to cardboard :-(
