Aaaaahhhhhh!!! I've my clinic tomorrow and even though I'm positive I've reduced my hbA1c I'm still so nervous! I always feel I'm a 'bad diabetic' and dread these. I never know what questions to ask! Yeugh! Just needed to whine

At my very first review I, too, was asked if I had any questions. Apparently "Who do you think is better: Jay-Z or Kanye West"? was not the right response

Make sure you ask what you cholesterol break-down is i.e. HDL, LDL and Trigs. Although a non-fasting test is not ideal it gives you a guide to the ratios and whether you need or need to continue with statins (assuming you believe in them)

Thanks diabell. I get a copy print out of my results. Am on a statin already.

I never know what questions to ask! Yeugh!

HbA1c, cholesterol and kidney function and any other issues or concerns that you may have with your diabetes control, if you always forget to ask questions on the day make a list of them beforehand and take it with you.
