I walk for at least an hour a day and my son comes with me - I do it for BS and weight loss - he does it to support me and for de-stressing! The benefits of exercise are immense.
Well done you .. you found something that worked and stuck to it. May you have many more 38's or maybe some even lower.. if you haven;t cut carbs that much then you have that weapon in your arsenal as well.
