weight loss and de-stressing.

I walk for at least an hour a day and my son comes with me - I do it for BS and weight loss - he does it to support me and for de-stressing! The benefits of exercise are immense.

I can see I need to prioritise regular walking.
Think I've been too focused on trying to get to gym or exercise classes.

I can see I need to prioritise regular walking.
Think I've been too focused on trying to get to gym or exercise classes.

I find a walk much easier as I can do it at a time to suit and it doesn't cost anything.

so at 6m I am still at ...exactly 38... no change. i do know my blood sugar goes high but avoid those foods.

starting to hope that this thing is manageable, not curable....but manageable.

I am now at 3 stone off my weight at diagnosis...and still 1 stone too heavy ...I plan to get to 11st 6. but the next 13lb will be tough.

Well done you .. you found something that worked and stuck to it. May you have many more 38's or maybe some even lower.. if you haven;t cut carbs that much then you have that weapon in your arsenal as well.

no carb cutting is key. not crazy low...but closely watched !
