Hi I am due my 3rd vitrectomy on my left eye. The first 2 bled soon after the air bubble shrank and disappeared naturally. My consultant suggested it could be my blood pressure causing the bleed but my doctor says my blood pressure is normal. I followed my consultants instructions about sleeping on my right side for 5 days and nights and did not do any exercise or exert myself. Could anyone advise me why the bleeding could be occurring? Thanks for your help
