4.3 after food.

Hello all i’m New here,I am prediebetes and pcos,4 weeks ago it finally hit me that I was killing myself by eating way to much sugar..I decided to remove all sugar from my body apart from 2 nights were I failed and ate sugar in large quantities..
So today I have ate plenty at a Chinese buffet for tea and a bunch of red grapes and a sausage and bacon dry bun for breakfast and my sugars a hour after eating are 4.3 is that normal.
I used to always be around the 2/3 mark always low then I had a trauma and spent 4yrs of eating none stop chocolate that took my sugars high and my doctor has suggested I do my readings again as I have been getting lots of dizzy spells through the day.

I'd be very happy with those numbers after lots of Chinese food. I'd be very happy with those numbers after eating NO food! Whatever you are doing to avoid the transition from pre-diabetes to T2, keep it up, and keep checking!

Thanks Adam,I was 6 when i woke so i was happy with that.
