Hello all i’m New here,I am prediebetes and pcos,4 weeks ago it finally hit me that I was killing myself by eating way to much sugar..I decided to remove all sugar from my body apart from 2 nights were I failed and ate sugar in large quantities..
So today I have ate plenty at a Chinese buffet for tea and a bunch of red grapes and a sausage and bacon dry bun for breakfast and my sugars a hour after eating are 4.3 is that normal.
I used to always be around the 2/3 mark always low then I had a trauma and spent 4yrs of eating none stop chocolate that took my sugars high and my doctor has suggested I do my readings again as I have been getting lots of dizzy spells through the day.
