[QUOTE="CherryAA, post: 1903975, member: 327005"] I've been using them for 18 months now Its true that they are not error free, however Abott haev been completely good at replacing them ( including this one which had 5 days left) I do think for anyone wearing on for just a fortnight will make it a whole lot easier to interpret future fingerprick results. Most of us operate under a daily cycle entirely separate from the actual food. This is what makes it so hard to understand why some food seems to spike at certain points in the day and not at others . If for example you look at my 90 day figures that spike in the middle of the day has happened reliably and relentlessly evry single day whether or not I eat. Before I was aware of this it made my figures around this time very frustrating, now I just know its there regardless. The 4th day of this 5 day fast is the very first time I did not experience it.
