Thank you all for the kind messages. My legs are still sore today 
It made me realize that I just need to adapt and anything is possible. I ***** and moan about not seeing a scale move as much as it should, but I have come to the conclusion, i'm a work in progress, I don'y actually need to lose any weight at all and the scales can take a hike as far as I am concerned now.
My friend said it best at the weekend I think, mostly about himself, but I can take the same from it.....I lift weights, I get out walking, some occasional running, i'm active and eat clean 80-90% of the time, low carb pretty much all of the time....if I get on a scale and it's not what I want....WHAT MORE CAN I DO....so why look?
