50th birthday

well monday the 25th was my birthday, am about 6 weeks into been newly diagnosed type 2. in that time i have managed to loose just over a stone in weight and intend to drop some more, however i got up this morning and i had every intention of sending my sugar levels throught the roof looking forward to next year now oh and xmas
