Hi, I'm Lynn & have been diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes for about 10 years now .Mum & Nan both had the same condition . I also have Coeliac disease & Fibromyalgia amongst other ailments .

Welcome Lynn, welcome to the "family".:) This is a fantastic group and very helpful in many ways, so if you need any help just ask away and I'm sure you will receive some good advice from the members.:happy: Just one thing to remember you will get loads of advice and it can be overwhelming at times, just take your time and use advice that suits you!! I have learnt so much on here, first thing I did was buy a Blood Glucose (BG) meter (I got the codefree one off e-bay good price and strips are reasonable as well) I went from there! :clown:

I struggle sometimes , have just come out of hospital after major throat surgery,& problems with irregular heart beat & low oxygen during surgery.Hopefully will start to feel lots better soon ,Thanks <3
