6 month visit to DNS

What a glorious wonderful day.

A1C. Oct 13. 117. Apr 14 62. Sep 14. 44. Not bad, not bad

Lipids. total. 3.0. HDL 1.7. LDL. 1.5

Weight minus 9kg

BP. 128/73

Creatinine Low in urine but high in blood. They are trying to figure this one out.

Anaemia some, more blood tests next week, probably due to B12 but we'll see on results.

I am following LCHF diet and it seems to suit me. May not suit everyone but it suits me, so it seems anyway.

I'm like a dog with two tails.

Well done Alan, that is excellent and down to your hard work and dedication. (You may wish to correct your typo - I assume you mean Oct 13, not Oct 14?

Just be aware that HbA1c tests are not always accurate in people with anaemia. Have a look on Google. Some types of anaemia can result in lower A1c's whilst other types can result in higher A1c's.
