tonight after a chicken dinner with stuffing and carrots , I had quite a few raspberries with my yogurt . As their was a gap between the two I tested my self nearly two hours after the main course and 30-40 minutes after the raspberries and yogurt.
Now here's the thing when testing I was 7.4 (raspberries?) then tested half an hour later and was back at my usual area of 5.2. What do you make of this?
 
Never looked at the carbs in stuffing, are there a few? Could it explain why you're a bit high after 2hrs?

Was the yoghurt 'full fat'. Fat will slow down the absorption of carbs. Any wine with the meal?
 
urbanracer , don't know about the stuffing but I'm alway ok with the full fat real Greek yogurt. No wine . The point is the raspberries were not taken with the main meal , they were taken 30-40 minutes before I tested. I think the raspberries were the culprit, im not to worried it was just supping to come back down so quickly

Typo should read -surprised to come back down so quickly , moral of the story to many big juicy raspberries.
 
Sounds pretty normal to me the fructose in the Raspberries gave a short sharp peak which your body brought down pretty quickly.
