7th course of antibiotics...

I notice a lot of people on this forum test their urine for ketones. How come? To be honest I haven't done it in 32 years, and I only did it because I'd check my urine for glucose before I got one of the first glucometers right after I got T1DM (it was a big sucker and took about 3 minutes to get a result.) After that I never tested my urine again.
 
Got ketones now

You could eat carbs and administer an elevated level of insulin each time you eat carbs until you are better. But don't go mad! Try 10% of your normal carb to insulin ratio first! I am sure you are in good hands and you know what you are doing.
