I'm another who thinks it's too high. I don't like to see any figures in the 7s even. This morning mine went higher than 7 fasting due to my exercise so I ate to bring it down.
Having said that- how often are you testing? what are you eating? is this an average over 90 days?
If you know pretty much anything above 8.5 mmol/l does damage to organs and veins... I'd say it's too high for my taste. What meds are you on, and have you changed your diet at all. And if so, how?
