Bed rest (if possible) paracetamol, hot and cold drinks and some warm relaxing baths, I find a good walk working up a sweat helps also. Just keep an eye on your bg as it may go up with having a cold, if it does take corrective doses of insulin.
Aww poor you, drinks and a warm bath will help, and get yourself Sambucol from pharmacy/health food shop, its proven to shorten the duration of a cold or flu.
I collect elderberries every autumn and freeze them for winter, these little black berries are miracle workers indeed.
