Since my T2 diagnosis and being turned down for testing equipment I have been deeply regretting not having all the lovely things in the bakery aisle when I could have. I always deprived myself thinking No, Be good, it'll make you fat, (which I am not).
Now I wish I had. Well today I did, a foolish moment of pure insanity. I'd never had a Yum Yum and the prospect of never having one got to me.
Well . . They're not worth it, I felt sick and walked for an hour to compensate.
Tomorrow is another day, and I won't be tempted I hope.
