Mine is quite different.
My body does best when it is in ketosis (running on fat), and my insulin resistance tends to decrease during the day, so i avoid any carbs at breakfast but can tolerate some in the evenings.
I also find that the longer i eat very low carb, the less i need to snack.
And for the last few months, i have been doing a variation of intermittent fasting, where i eat 2 meals a day, lunch and evening meal. The rest of the time (including breakfast) i try to eat little, and make it mainly fat based. So no carbs and minimal protein.
So a typical day looks like this:
Breakfast: one of the following
Coffee and cream
Bulletproof coffee
Low carb hot choc
Coconut yogurt
Weekends i sometimes have a Full English (minus carbs) or scram egg, or kippers
Lunch: one of the following
Mozarella and beef tomato
Crustless quiche
Salad with cold meat or cheese
Hummus (by the spoon)
Lidl protein roll with cheese or marmite, and butter
Evening: very varied, but typically
Low carb moussaka
Curry, cauli rice, assorted veg (usually using curry pastes like Pataks, never a bought sauce)
Stir fried beef or pork, with assorted veg
Home made burger, with veg
LC cauli cheese and LC sausage
Steak and salad
Baked fish, and veg or salad
If i snack, it would be
2 squares 70% solid choc
Anglesey pork scratchings (no additives)
sliced cheese
or a 9bar.
Drinks tend to be
Water
Herb tea
Coffeencream
Teancream
Sambucol effervescent tablet in water
LC lemonade (water with lemon juice and a teasp of erythritol)
LC hot choc
