Our pancreas,
Who art failed us,
AWOL be thy claim.
Thy hypo come,
Injections shall be done,
At home as they were in the clinic.
Give us this day our daily dosage,
And forgive us that cream cake,
As we forgive them who scoff them before us.
And lead us not into Thorntons,
But deliver us from ketones,
The thirst and the tiredness,
The glucose and the blood levels,
For ever and ever,
Insulin.
