A first for me

This is the first time I have gone over 24hrs & it has happened quite naturally.

Will eat dinner tonight with my husband & that will be a 48 hrs fast done.

I'm really chuffed that I can do it & find it hard to believe there has been no hunger :)
 
48 hours is meant to be the time when you are hungriest (if that's a word) so if you can get there with no hunger you are doing really well. Sounds like you are well fat adapted. Very impressive result.. how have your bloods been whilst fasting?

I have to admit to not self testing my bloods but my a1c is back in the normal range at 35 .... my GP is really pleased with my progress as that is now without any metaforim
 
Was fine today ... just ate this evening :)

Was a little worried that I might have been really hungry today
