No, not talking about another diabetic complication.
Just found Baxters ****-a-leekie soup at 2.8 grams carbs per half can. Pretty good!

I find Baxters soups are too watery and tasteless, that said not tried the ****-a-leekie variety but looks good at 5.6 a tin.

Or 11.2 grams for 2 tins if you like a bucket of soup like I do!!

It is a bit thin, but some of theirs are quite thick. They do a thai spicy chicken, very thick and tasty, more carbs but still at 10 grams per half tin which is the max I go to with soup.
