take an aspirin and a nice glass of water with a little corrective shot. Brings you down a lot quicker. Works effectively every time.

Never tried that KazV1 and not sure I want to, a good walk will do the same trick and is much better for you than an aspirin.

Well any exercise is better of course, just saying for those times when they just shoot into 20s for whatever reason, aspirin is definitely better, and it shouldn't happen too often :)

As long as it works and your happy to take an aspirin Kaz that all what counts, must admit that's a new one on me :)

Give it a try at least once :) wanna see if it works as well for others.

I'll consider it but how high are we talking, not had a 20 for some time.

Well I wouldnt take it unless I was somehow in 20s, so hopefully you wont need it for a looong time.

Hopefully not but I'll keep it in mind Kaz, thanks anyway:)

Aspirin is not suitable for everyone . There are some conditions that are contra-indicated and need to be discussed with your Dr. before you decide to follow this advice.

I'm already taking low dose Aspirin so wouldn't entertain taking more! I'd rather use conventional methods to lower my BG.

In the link I've posted they use Salsalate which isn't quite aspirin as we know it. Apparently it doesn't cause inflammation of the digestive tract.....
