I've downloaded and started to read this book, and I'm enjoying. I've been using Ketogenic diet for several years to manage my T1, and it's good to read the details of the topic from somebody who really knows what they are talking about. (One of the co-authors is a Doctor who is T1 and uses the Ketogenic diet to manage his condition - can't get much more qualified than that!)
There is also a book on Ketogenic Diet for T2 Diabetes.
