I use a body blade too. Shave my legs before I go to be weighed by the nurse in the hope that the scale will be kind....I'd not looked behind my mirrors for years, there could've be a small family living there.......nope, there wasn't, I just looked after seeing your post and there was plenty of dust and a cobweb but the spider must've left home....
....did almost an hour of walking today and had another try at the body blade, its starting to behave but I can only do a few minutes on it, need to build it up gradually, can't believe how much energy it uses when you're just standing still...
Hope surgery went wellI am in! But can't start quite yet as eye surgery tomorrow on 2nd eye, so will need a week or so before I can do the exercise. Surgery NOT diabetes related!
Hope surgery went well
Thanks JamroxPipp you are doing fantastic. This challenge is personal to each individual. When I jokingly asked people to join me I was surprised by the response.
For me it is about fitting the exercise/activity into my life and not going back to couch potato after completing the 5x50 challenge.
I am relatively fit now and seeing how people are embracing this when it is often difficult for them and a real challenge for them is one of the most inspirational things that I have ever been involved in.
Through these posts I can see people growing and helping each other.
Thank you to everyone for helping me.

I can believe that!i am lyingi havent moved in months
Jamrox, Andy12345,
Can you knit Scanichic? The exercise compliance officer has declared that an official event. So I think moving your pen to mark students' work should be a comparable exercise.@Jamrox
This is your cheerleader reporting for duty. I can exercise for 9 days in a row (school hols) so have started with 30 min brisk to Lidl and a 30 min brisk walk back carrying heavy shopping in the pouring rain without an umbrella. I am going for the sympathy vote here! Lol!
did my first proper ride with peddles locked into shoes, i did 45 minutes but felt really good, i only went back to work because my phone kept ringing and when i tried to answer it i was on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic lol but im loving it, and now we are embarking on another geocache (treasure hunt) adventure, me and littlen on our bikes
Oi, Andy12345,
Good on yer for the activities, and for getting your child active too. Great fun. But, please, please, stay safe. I don't want to be the motorist who knocks you off bike. Also, (and I make no apologies for the preaching/nag) set the child a good example by putting phone on voicemail, so nothing distracts you, cycling on cycle paths, correct side of road, preferably quiet roads. Most important, wear a correctly fitted helmet and cycle gear, high visability. I have seen the damage to skulls and brains caused by cyclist hitting pavement. Not pretty!
Pipp
Great stuff Andy12345. You will look so cool. Helmet much more attractive than stoved in head. Don't forget you have to kit out littlen too.Thankyou Pipp
I will try to be safe and considerate cyclist, as ive been a driver for so many years and always hated cyclists lol ill do my best not to be a pest
Thankyou for your concernim buying a helmet this week, im gonna try and find one that colour coordinates with my team bg cycling clothes when i eventually get them
